- Du stimmst wichtige Produktentscheidungen und -überlegungen mit der Gesamtstrategie des Unternehmens ab
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege der Produktdokumentation, sodass sie für alle Beteiligten leicht verständlich und nutzbar ist
- Du nutzt Metriken und Feedback, um Team- und Organisationsprozesse, Best Practices, Leistungen und Lieferungen zu verbessern
- Du hilfst bei der Bereitstellung und dem Betrieb von Produkten

What you will enjoy doing
- Take ownership of the project management for our strategic project “UNITE”, which is already underway.
- UNITE covers all HR processes across the employee life cycle, e.g. employee and organization master data, interfaces, legal requirements, recruiting, learning and development, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
- Coordinate collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers, ensuring transparent communication and information flow.
- Lead an international project team and promote open and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and milestone delivery, and report regularly to top management.
- Ensure integration with existing systems and the harmonization of global HR processes.
- Implement change management and communication strategies; organize training sessions for HR teams and end-users.

- Promoting a company-wide quality mindset through training, workshops, and global improvement programs
- Establishing and continuously improving quality standards for injection molding (IM), including testing methodologies, inspection frequency, equipment, and software—based on thorough analysis of current practices and external benchmarks
- Overseeing the establishment and maintenance of stable, high-performing quality processes at plant level, aligned with world-class standards in quality, delivery, and cost—guided by management-by-objectives principles
- Building close relationships with strategic injection moulding customers, negotiating quality agreements, and ensuring professional complaint management
- Contributing to quality-related activities linked to product development in close collaboration with the product development team (DFM, FMEA, product and mold qualification, AQPS etc.)
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with Corporate Quality initiatives

Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die Projektleitung für unser strategisches Projekt „UNITE“, welches bereits angelaufen ist.
- UNITE umfasst sämtliche HR-Prozesse des Employee Life Cycles, z. B. Mitarbeiter- und Organisationsstammdaten, Schnittstellen, gesetzliche Anforderungen, Recruiting, Learning and Development, Talentmanagement, On-/Off-boarding etc.
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Regionen, Implementierungspartnern und Software-Anbietern und sorgst für einen transparenten Informationsfluss.
- Du steuerst ein internationales Projektteam und förderst eine transparente Kommunikation.
- Du überwachst den Projektfortschritt, das Budget und die Einhaltung von Meilensteinen und berichtest regelmäßig an das Top-Management.
- Du stellst die Integration mit bestehenden Systemen sowie die Harmonisierung globaler HR-Prozesse sicher.
- Die Umsetzung von Change-Management- und Kommunikationsstrategien gehört zu deinem Alltag, ebenso wie die Organisation von Schulungen für HR-Teams und Endanwender/innen.
