- You will shape and execute the procurement strategy for the European Procurement Cluster across direct and indirect spend categories (approx. EUR 1.5 billion in purchasing volume), ensuring alignment with global objectives and regional priorities. In this role, you will report directly to the Global Procurement Director (CPO).
- Acting as a trusted advisor to cluster and global leadership, you provide expertise on cost optimization, risk management, and innovation opportunities.
- You lead a multicultural team of more than 50 professionals, including Operational Procurement Heads and Cluster Category Senior Managers, fostering talent development and succession planning.
- Together with your team, you build and maintain strategic partnerships with global and regional suppliers to secure innovation and long-term value creation.
- You harmonize P2P processes across 60+ European plants and implement digital tools and analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Through proactive risk management and strict compliance with corporate policies and ESG standards, you ensure supply chain resilience and sustainability.

- Take ownership of the project management for our strategic project “UNITE”, which is already underway.
- UNITE covers all HR processes across the employee life cycle, e.g. employee and organization master data, interfaces, legal requirements, recruiting, learning and development, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
- Coordinate collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers, ensuring transparent communication and information flow.
- Lead an international project team and promote open and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and milestone delivery, and report regularly to top management.
- Ensure integration with existing systems and the harmonization of global HR processes.
- Implement change management and communication strategies; organize training sessions for HR teams and end-users.

- Establish and lead integrated short-, mid- and long-term planning across operations and commercial teams (incl. S&OP and capacity management).
- Drive logistics controlling, KPIs, and early risk detection, identifying upcoming operational or people-related issues at plant level.
- Develop / execute training concepts for Logistics staff together with HR and strengthen the logicistics organization
- Lead supply chain improvements, including Corporate implementations, automation projects, and regional OPEX initiatives.
- Act as functional leader for country and local Supply Chain Managers and interface to Corporate Logistics.
