- Coordinate collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers, ensuring transparent communication and information flow.
- Lead an international project team and promote open and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and milestone delivery, and report regularly to top management.

- Implement change management and communication strategies; organize training sessions for HR teams and end-users.

- Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung internationaler regulatorischer Anforderungen für primäre Verpackungen im pharmazeutischen Bereich sowie für Medizinprodukte.
- Unterstützung der lokalen Werke bei der praktischen Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen für Artikel, die mit Lebensmitteln, kosmetischen Produkten oder pharmazeutischen Anwendungen in direkten Kontakt kommen.
- Effiziente Koordination und zielgerichtete Kommunikation mit Behörden, externen Partnern sowie internen Fachabteilungen.
- Beratung interner Stakeholder zu regulatorischen Fragestellungen hinsichtlich Verpackungen für den direkten Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln, kosmetischen Produkten und pharmazeutischen Anwendungen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Trainingsmaßnahmen zur Förderung des regulatorischen Bewusstseins innerhalb der Organisation.

- Koordination von Vertriebs- und Einkaufsprozessen: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen Sales und Procurement.
