- Mitarbeit im Legal-Stream des Projekts und Unterstützung der Stream-Leitung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Projekt-Streams und unserer internen Rechtsabteilung
- Recherche-Aufgaben zu rechtlichen Anforderungen an internationalen ALPLA-Standorten, in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Ansprechpartnern
- Mitarbeit bei der rechtlichen Bewertung von KI-Funktionen im HR-System (z. B. im Kontext des AI-Acts); inklusive Abstimmungen mit unserem Softwareanbieter (Cornerstone)
- Aufbereitung von Präsentationsmaterialien

- Design robust, scalable, secure and cost-effective solution architectures that meet business goals and align with IT strategy
- Collaborate with solution experts and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and support them by translation into technical specifications
- Work with the Project Manager and several business departments to align the solution design with project scope, schedule, and resources
- Review and approve proposed changes to the solution architecture, ensuring they align with business requirements and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with the Operator to ensure that the solution can be effectively transitioned into operation and maintenance
- Create and maintain documentation, including architectural diagrams and design specifications, ensuring its accessibility and clarity for all stakeholders
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of solutions
