- Rechtliche Prüfung und Klärung schriftlich und telefonisch einlangender schulrechtsbezogener Fragestellungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Leistungsbeurteilung, Aufsichtspflicht, Schulpflicht u. ä.
- Mitwirkung bei der Ausarbeitung schulrechtlicher Inhalte für das Verordnungsblatt der Bildungsdirektion für Vorarlberg sowie bei der Erstellung von Stellungnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der inhaltlichen und formellen Bearbeitung von Anträgen, Beschwerden und Rechtsmitteln einschließlich der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Bescheiden
- Mitarbeit bei der Prozessgestaltung in administrativen und rechtlichen Belangen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Schulrecht, Haushaltsrecht, Vergaberecht und Datenschutz in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung Präs/2 „Budget, Wirtschaft und Recht“

- ÖPUL: Sie unterstützen bei der Digitalisierung von ÖPUL-Naturschutzflächen sowie bei der Organisation der Weiterbildungs-Veranstaltungen zum "Regionalen Naturschutzplan".
- Natura 2000: Sie arbeiten bei den Berichten nach Art. 17 der FFH-Richtlinie bzw. Art. 11 der Vogelschutz-Richtlinie, bei ÖA-Maßnahmen sowie Geländeerhebungen mit.
- EU-Wiederherstellungsverordnung: Sie unterstützen bei der Aufbereitung von Daten (GIS), erstellen Verbreitungskarten und wirken bei Ausschreibungen für Kartierarbeiten mit.
- LIFE-Projekt "AMooRe": Sie begehen potentielle Restaurierungsstandorte und helfen bei der Vorbereitung von Planunterlagen sowie bei Ausschreibungen für Umsetzungsprojekte mit.
