What you will enjoy doing
- Take ownership of the project management for our strategic project “UNITE”, which is already underway.
- UNITE covers all HR processes across the employee life cycle, e.g. employee and organization master data, interfaces, legal requirements, recruiting, learning and development, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
- Coordinate collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers, ensuring transparent communication and information flow.
- Lead an international project team and promote open and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and milestone delivery, and report regularly to top management.
- Ensure integration with existing systems and the harmonization of global HR processes.
- Implement change management and communication strategies; organize training sessions for HR teams and end-users.

- Lead the global rollout of our Microsoft D365 ERP template across our worldwide operations
- Orchestrate deployment waves and ensure structured execution via regional service hubs
- Establish strong program governance, KPIs, risk management, and executive reporting
- Safeguard global process standardization while balancing local business needs
- Drive stakeholder alignment across regions, functions, and leadership levels
- Lead global change management to ensure adoption and sustainable value realization
- Ensure budget control, resource alignment, and delivery quality across all rollout phases

What you will enjoy doing
- Development and support of modern ERP-based maintenance solutions for spare parts management and maintenance planning
- Leading the rollout of new software solutions across global sites, ensuring smooth implementation and integration with existing systems
- Strategic planning and management of maintenance projects at the corporate level, including the development of key performance indicators, optimization of maintenance processes and production infrastructure, as well as providing technical support and further development of the ALPLA Maintenance System
- Training and supporting employees in the use of new software solutions, as well as developing and conducting technology-based training sessions
- Analyzing and improving existing maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Independently conducting maintenance audits at ALPLA plants

- In einem 8-monatigen On-the-Project-Training arbeitest du eng mit unseren Fachexpert:innen zusammen und baust umfassendes Know-how in den Bereichen Technology & Innovation Management, Strategy & Sustainability sowie Basic Technologies & Sales auf.
- Von Anfang an tauchst du in einen zukunftsweisenden Wirtschaftszweig ein, der entscheidend für Umwelt, Nachhaltigkeit und kommende Generationen ist.
- Im Bereich der Kerntechnologien und darüber hinaus erfolgt die Einbindung in ein Starterprojekt, das gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Projektleiter:innen, Mentor:innen und Buddies technisch und kommerziell umgesetzt und evaluiert wird.
- Während deiner Zeit im Headquarter und möglichen anderen ALPLA-Standorten erhältst du tiefe Einblicke in unsere Produktionsabläufe.
- Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Trainee-Programms übernimmst du eine Rolle im Bereich Corporate Technology & Innovation Management und legst so den Grundstein für eine nachhaltige Karriere als Fach- oder Führungskraft bei ALPLA.

What you will enjoy doing
- Collaborate on technical configuration, layout and operational requirements of recycling equipment and new facilities
- Coordinate resource availability (machines, infrastructure, transport, material, etc.) in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement measures / procedures to improve the operative performance
- Provide result- and key-figure analysis and initiate corrective measures
- Troubleshooting & Operations support for existing Recycling Plants

- Supporting the implementation and global rollout of our HR suite, including taking ownership of a substream within the project
- Collaborating closely with IT solution architects and HR experts to define and implement solutions
- Supporting and continuously improving our HR systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs
