- Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Themen und hilfst ihnen dabei, ihre Teams erfolgreich zu führen.
- Du bringst dich aktiv in HR-Projekte zu Themen wie z.B. Digitalisierung, Führungskräfteentwicklung etc. mit ein.
- Du repräsentierst des Unternehmens auf Messen, Netzwerktreffen und anderen Veranstaltungen.

Deine Aufgaben
Eigenständiges Betreuen von Recruiting Prozessen Beratendes und operatives Unterstützen der Führungskräfte bei der Personalsuche Mitwirken in HR-Projekten insbesondere im Themenschwerpunkt Recruiting Pflegen und Aktualisieren von internen Systemen sowie öffentlichen Plattformen Durchführen der anfallenden organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben Beratung und Unterstützung des zu betreuenden Fachbereichs in arbeitsrechtlichen Belangen Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit der HR-Leitung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der HR-Prozesse und Kompetenzmatrix

- Du berätst unsere HR-Partner:innen und Führungskräfte in allen arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen – praxisnah, lösungsorientiert und auf Augenhöhe
- Du analysierst und bewertest juristische Sachverhalte eigenständig und bringst dein Know-how aktiv in Entscheidungsprozesse ein
- Du beobachtest laufend gesetzliche Entwicklungen im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du entwickelst unsere Arbeitsverträge und Betriebsvereinbarungen weiter und sorgst für deren rechtliche Aktualität
- Du arbeitest in bereichsübergreifenden HR-Projekten mit und gestaltest innovative Lösungen für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen
- Du hast die Möglichkeit, schrittweise in weitere HR Rollen hineinzuwachsen und deine Kompetenzen gezielt auszubauen
