- You will lead our strategic project “UNITE,” which is already underway, and drive it through to successful implementation.
- Together with a team of experts, you will be responsible for the scope across the entire employee lifecycle, including master and organisational data, interfaces, legal requirements, recruiting, learning and development, talent management, and onboarding and offboarding.
- You will coordinate collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
- You will lead an international project team, define clear roles and responsibilities, and strengthen collaboration across national borders.
- You will monitor progress, budget, and milestones and provide regular reports to senior management.
- You will ensure seamless integration with existing systems and drive the harmonisation of global HR processes.
- You will shape change management and communication, take responsibility for designing and delivering training, and thereby ensure a successful go-live for end users and HR teams.

Your Responsibilities
- Conducting theoretical and practical training courses for customers
- Contributing to the development and optimization of products and processes in close cooperation with the team leader
- Observing and analyzing market trends and new products
- Supporting the sales team with customer inquiries regarding equipment, tool and process recommendations
- Collaboration with suppliers of attachments and tools
- Collaboration on test orders in cooperation with the design and product management department

- Own and actively lead the global technical relationship with assigned Strategic Key Customers
- Build strong relationships across customer technical and development organizations
- Technical ownership of request for quotations, ensuring technical feasibility, competitiveness and customer-focused solutions
- Understand customer technology roadmaps and strategic priorities
- Identify business opportunities and future business challenges
- Partner closely with the Global Key Account Manager to translate customer strategies into growth opportunities
- Escalation handling for technical topics in alignment with Global Key Account Manager
- Coordinate and connect ALPLA functions including Product Development, Innovation Management, Recycling, Operations and Technical Centers
- Develop and align global customer guidelines and technical standards
- Lead customer workshops
- Represent ALPLA in high-level technical discussions and strategic customer meetings
- Global overview of customer project portfolio

- Responding to internal and external inquiries related to sustainability topics
- Monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting ESG-related regulations and legislative developments

- Contributing to the development and maintenance of ALPLA's ESG data governance framework
