Training Coordinator (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Global Training team at our Mäder location, we are seeking a part-time Training Coordinator (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the professional planning, coordination, and execution of international training activities at Amann Girrbach headquarters in Mäder
- Provide an exceptional organizational experience for customers, partners, and employees participating in training programs
- Support the Global Training & Education department in delivering high-quality training events and educational initiatives
- Act as a central coordination point between trainers, participants, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of training processes and administrative procedures
- Support the growth of Training & Education as a strategic pillar of Amann Girrbach’s global business activities
Job requirements
- Completed commercial, administrative, educational, or comparable training, ideally with experience in coordinating training programs, events, or educational activities
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, combined with a customer-focused, hands-on, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in an international, dynamic environment while maintaining a structured and reliable working style
- Experience in the dental, dental technology, or medical device industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; experience with learning management systems or event management platforms is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
