Head of ERP Program Management (all Gender)
What you will enjoy doing
As Head of ERP Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital backbone of the ALPLA Group. You are responsible for the strategic design, coordination, and global rollout of our Microsoft D365-based ERP landscape. This high-impact role ensures consistent implementation success by driving organizational change, aligning stakeholders worldwide, and safeguarding solution standardization. You will also lead the ERP Solution Architecture team, providing vision and direction for ERP-related design decisions and long-term roadmap planning.

What makes you great
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, international ERP transformation programs
- Demonstrated leadership of solution architecture or ERP product ownership with experience managing diverse, international teams
- Advanced IT and ERP expertise, particularly in D365 or comparable platforms
- Strong project and process management capabilities with the ability to balance detail and “big picture” perspectives
- Solid experience in IT Service Management, strategic planning, and budgeting
- Deep understanding of cross-functional (end-to-end) business processes and value creation
- Outstanding communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
- Business-fluent in both German and English (written, verbal, presentation)
- Collaborative mindset and strong team player
