Global Maintenance Specialist - ERP Systems (all gender)
What you will enjoy doing
- Development and support of modern ERP-based maintenance solutions for spare parts management and maintenance planning
- Leading the rollout of new software solutions across global sites, ensuring smooth implementation and integration with existing systems
- Strategic planning and management of maintenance projects at the corporate level, including the development of key performance indicators, optimization of maintenance processes and production infrastructure, as well as providing technical support and further development of the ALPLA Maintenance System
- Training and supporting employees in the use of new software solutions, as well as developing and conducting technology-based training sessions
- Analyzing and improving existing maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Independently conducting maintenance audits at ALPLA plants
What makes you great
- You have completed a technical degree or possess higher technical education with several years of professional experience
- Extensive experience in IT environments, particularly with software solutions for spare parts management and maintenance planning, is essential
- You have a strong affinity for technology and a passion for optimizing existing processes and technologies
- You consistently organize your work and ideally have experience in project management
- As a team player, you inspire others with your social and communication skills
- Excellent English skills and a willingness to travel for business are required
