- advise and support the Regional Director and other managers in the region on HR topics along the employee lifecycle, e.g. regulations, salary structure, onboarding, offboarding, disciplinary topics, etc.
- strategically develop regional HR, identify and prioritize future fields of action and implement the strategy together with colleagues from People Development and Organisational Development
- set up an HR network within the region Europe West, bridge and balance interests and procedures between Global HR and the HR Business Partners in the other regions
- recruit key positions within the region and support our small subsidiaries with their recruitment efforts
