- Mit deinen Texten trägst du im Lokalisierungsprozess zu einer intuitiven Benutzeroberfläche bei und definierst sowie überwachst die firmenspezifische Terminologie.
- Du koordinierst den Übersetzungsprozess in mehrere Sprachen.
- Die Erstellung von Trainingsinhalten, vor allem in Form von E-Learnings, rundet deinen abwechslungsreichen Verantwortungsbereich ab.

Your Responsibilities
- Conducting theoretical and practical training courses for customers
- Contributing to the development and optimization of products and processes in close cooperation with the team leader
- Observing and analyzing market trends and new products
- Supporting the sales team with customer inquiries regarding equipment, tool and process recommendations
- Collaboration with suppliers of attachments and tools
- Collaboration on test orders in cooperation with the design and product management department

What you will enjoy doing
- Development and support of modern ERP-based maintenance solutions for spare parts management and maintenance planning
- Leading the rollout of new software solutions across global sites, ensuring smooth implementation and integration with existing systems
- Strategic planning and management of maintenance projects at the corporate level, including the development of key performance indicators, optimization of maintenance processes and production infrastructure, as well as providing technical support and further development of the ALPLA Maintenance System
- Training and supporting employees in the use of new software solutions, as well as developing and conducting technology-based training sessions
- Analyzing and improving existing maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Independently conducting maintenance audits at ALPLA plants
