• You bring strong expertise in establishing and implementing license management processes
• You have the ability to independently execute inspection orders and various tasks
• You have solid experience in software license management or a similar role
• You have a strong understanding of software licensing agreements and compliance
• You have excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organizational skills distinguish you
• You are capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Your experience in implementing the ServiceNow SAM tool is a significant advantage

• You manage and maintain software licenses and IT assets inventory
• You ensure compliance with software licensing agreements
• You conduct regular audits and assessments of software usage
• You support budget planning and cost optimization
• You negotiate and manage software license renewals and agreements
• You collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize software usage
• You provide training and support on software licensing policies and procedures
• You actively participate in the development and optimization of billing processes
• You have very good German and English language skills
