Ensure compliance with and further development of quality standards and processes across all brands of the Huber Group (Huber, Hanro, Skiny, Hom, Gossard) Act as the central point of contact for quality-related topics and foster collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and industry associations Lead and support an international quality team across China, Hungary, and Austria - including lab teams and quality inspectors Define inspection criteria, testing frequencies, and manage quality complaints along the supply chain Develop and deliver internal and external training sessions as well as quality documentation and inspection guidelines Ensure compliance with key international certifications (OEKO-TEX, Step by OEKO-TEX) and legal requirements (e.g. CSRD, Supply Chain Due Diligence) Respond to sustainability inquiries and customer-specific quality questionnaires
