- are responsible for the ongoing operation of IT systems in the Microsoft/Office 365 environment (e.g., Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD)
- evaluate and implement new functions or services and provide 2nd level support
- work from the conception through development to the implementation of new solutions in the area of collaboration and communication
- act as a technical contact and IT interface for internal and external partners

What you will enjoy doing
- Technical co-ownership of the global D365 Finance & Operations platform including administration via Lifecycle Services, Power Platform Admin Center and related Azure subscriptions
- Ensure platform stability, availability and security including system monitoring, incident management and downtime communication
- Support and guide implementations, rollouts, upgrades and data migrations in close collaboration with internal IT teams and external partners
- End-to-end ownership of Azure DevOps including pipelines, release governance, branching strategies and continuous CI/CD optimization
- Responsibility for environment and data management including sandbox refreshes and database movements to enable efficient development and testing
- Maintain clear, up-to-date technical and architectural documentation to support scalability, knowledge sharing and long-term platform sustainability

- Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und technischer Betrieb einer hybriden Datenplattform im Microsoft-Umfeld
- Entwicklung robuster Datenpipelines und Datenstrukturen mit Azure Databricks und MS SQL Server 2022
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Berichten, Dashboards und Auswertungen in Power BI
- Begleitung des gesamten Lifecycles technischer und fachlicher Anforderungen bis zum Release
- Mitarbeit an Release-Prozessen, Deployment-Abläufen und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Entwicklungs- und Betriebsstandards
- Gewährleistung hoher Datenqualität durch systematische Validierung und Monitoring
