- Du entwickelst die Vision für sicheres Lösungsdesign und stellst den Secure Development Lifecycle bei Bachmann sicher.
- Als Security Lead unterstützt und begleitest du die Entwicklungsteams und arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Führungskräften zusammen.
- Du führst Code-Reviews durch und pflegst unsere Richtlinien für sicheres Programmieren.

- Technische Verantwortung für die IT-Infrastruktur an unseren Standorten in Österreich und der Schweiz
- Proaktives System-Monitoring sowie Entwicklung von Automatisierungs- und Optimierungsstrategien
- Analyse und Lösung komplexer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungen
- Durchführung sicherheitsrelevanter Maßnahmen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aktueller Security-Standards
- Dokumentation von Prozessen und Systemen als Grundlage für Wissenstransfer und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
- Fachliche Mitwirkung an strategischen IT-Projekten und aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung der hybriden Infrastruktur
