What you will enjoy doing
- Take ownership of the project management for our strategic project “UNITE”, which is already underway.
- UNITE covers all HR processes across the employee life cycle, e.g. employee and organization master data, interfaces, legal requirements, recruiting, learning and development, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
- Coordinate collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers, ensuring transparent communication and information flow.
- Lead an international project team and promote open and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and milestone delivery, and report regularly to top management.
- Ensure integration with existing systems and the harmonization of global HR processes.
- Implement change management and communication strategies; organize training sessions for HR teams and end-users.

- Building and maintain a strong business partnership between HR and IT by understanding strategic business goals and translating them into actionable solutions
- Managing and prioritizing requirements: gathering, analyzing, and documenting new HR needs while considering the global IT landscape
- Advising and guiding internal HR stakeholders with thoughtful, practical solutions
- Supporting the implementation and global rollout of our HR suite, including taking ownership of a substream within the project
- Collaborating closely with IT solution architects and HR experts to define and implement solutions
- Supporting and continuously improving our HR systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs

YOU
- are responsible for the ongoing operation of IT systems in the Microsoft/Office 365 environment (e.g., Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD)
- evaluate and implement new functions or services and provide 2nd level support
- work from the conception through development to the implementation of new solutions in the area of collaboration and communication
- act as a technical contact and IT interface for internal and external partners
