Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Bearbeitung operativer HR-Themen aus dem Betreuungsbereich des Top-Managements
- Abwicklung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von HR-Prozessen über die gesamte Bandbreite der Personalabteilung – vom Onboarding über Versicherungswesen und Bonusrunden bis hin zum Offboarding – in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Schnittstellen
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der globalen People & Transformation Strategy
- Mitarbeit an globalen HR-Projekten mit Schwerpunkt auf Total Rewards und modernen Arbeitsmodellen im Produktionsumfeld sowie Unterstützung des Executive Boards bei kurzfristigen HR-Fragestellungen
- Koordination und Support internationaler Bewegungen (Global Mobility) inklusive globalem Reporting in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Personalentwicklung im Rahmen der „Talent Powerhouse“-Strategie
- Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung unseres HR‑Controllings und Reportings

- Unterstützung der Rolloutconsultant beim weltweiten Rollout von Microsoft D365
- Einrichtung und Parametrisierung neuer Gesellschaften im ERP-System
- Ausarbeitung und Definition von Accounting-Richtlinien
- Selbständige Übernahme von Teilbereichen aus dem Projekt
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Schulungsunterlagen und Projektdokumentationen
- Third Level Support im Finanzbereich
- Sonstige Unterstützung im Bereich Corporate Finance/Consolidation

- Development and support of modern ERP-based maintenance solutions for spare parts management and maintenance planning
- Leading the rollout of new software solutions across global sites, ensuring smooth implementation and integration with existing systems
- Strategic planning and management of maintenance projects at the corporate level, including the development of key performance indicators, optimization of maintenance processes and production infrastructure, as well as providing technical support and further development of the ALPLA Maintenance System
- Training and supporting employees in the use of new software solutions, as well as developing and conducting technology-based training sessions
- Analyzing and improving existing maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Independently conducting maintenance audits at ALPLA plants
