- Unterstützung und Beratung der Systementwickler und Anwender bei systemtechnischen Anfragen
- Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der Business Prozesse
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Lösungskonzepten
- Abklären und Beheben fehlerhafter Systemzustände im 2nd Level Support
- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und der internen IT
