Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung der regulatorischen Konformität von Produkten mit direktem Kontakt zu Lebensmitteln und kosmetischen Anwendungen – basierend auf aktueller nationaler und internationaler Gesetzgebung sowie branchenspezifischen Vorgaben.
- Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung internationaler regulatorischer Anforderungen für primäre Verpackungen im pharmazeutischen Bereich sowie für Medizinprodukte.
- Unterstützung der lokalen Werke bei der praktischen Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen für Artikel, die mit Lebensmitteln, kosmetischen Produkten oder pharmazeutischen Anwendungen in direkten Kontakt kommen.
- Effiziente Koordination und zielgerichtete Kommunikation mit Behörden, externen Partnern sowie internen Fachabteilungen.
- Beratung interner Stakeholder zu regulatorischen Fragestellungen hinsichtlich Verpackungen für den direkten Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln, kosmetischen Produkten und pharmazeutischen Anwendungen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Trainingsmaßnahmen zur Förderung des regulatorischen Bewusstseins innerhalb der Organisation.
- Repräsentation der ALPLA in nationalen und internationalen Fachgremien sowie Branchenverbänden
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen, international aufgestellten Teams von Regulatory-Affairs-Spezialist:innen

- Du erstellst termingerecht NC-Programme sowie die zugehörige Dokumentation für unsere hochmodernen 5-Achs-CNC-Maschinen
- Du entwickelst kontinuierlich neue Fertigungsstrategien und integrierst diese erfolgreich in den Arbeitsalltag
- Du passt bestehende Programme an unsere automatisierten Fertigungsprozesse an, um eine maximale Prozesssicherheit zu gewährleisten
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem CNC-Fachpersonal und der Abteilungsleitung führst du Fertigungsversuche durch
- Du treibst die Einführung neuer Schneidwerkstoffe aktiv voran, um bestehende Prozesse nachhaltig zu optimieren
- Als Bindeglied zwischen Konstruktion und Fertigung sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss und eine effiziente Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen
