- Weiterentwicklung einer zukunftsfähigen Security-Architektur für IT-, OT-, Cloud- und hybride Umgebungen
- Definition von Security-by-Design-Prinzipien, Architekturstandards und Sicherheitsanforderungen
- Beratung von IT-, OT- und Business-Projekten bei sicherheitsrelevanten Architekturentscheidungen
- Identifikation, Bewertung und nachhaltige Umsetzung von Security-Anforderungen in Projekten und Initiativen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Solution Architects sowie Infrastruktur-, Applikations-, OT- und Engineering-Teams
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Security Governance, Richtlinien, Standards und Kontrollmodellen
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen und Standards wie NIS-2, ISO 27001 oder IEC 62443
- Verbesserung der Transparenz über IT- und OT-Assets durch Asset-Management-, CMDB- und Visibility-Konzepte
- Integration von Sicherheitskontrollen in bestehende und neue Systeme
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der globalen IT- und Security-Community durch Wissensaustausch und Best Practices

- Develop and optimize coating solutions from laboratory scale to prototype stage
- Select and assess raw materials, application equipment, and process parameters
- Improve the interaction between coatings and fiber-based materials to enhance functionality and performance
- Plan, execute, and evaluate R&D trials independently
- Characterize coating formulations and barrier systems using appropriate analytical methods

- Collect, structure, and maintain product, manufacturing, and commercial data from our global production sites and internal systems.
- Manage and prepare technical documentation, product specifications, drawings, images, and product samples.
- Create analyses, reports, and Power BI dashboards to support Product Management activities.
- Collaborate closely with international colleagues from Product Management, Sales, and Operations across ALPLA's global network.

- Aufbereitung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Unterlagen sowie Dokumenten- und Stammdatenmanagement
- Bearbeitung des Postein- und -ausgangs sowie Organisation von Dokumenten (z. B. Beglaubigungen, Übersetzungen)
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Unterlagen
- Administrative Unterstützung bei Anlagenbewertungen
- Mitarbeit bei laufenden Aufgaben und kleineren Projekten
- Koordination von Terminen sowie Pflege des Abteilungsauftritts im Intranet (Finance, Beteiligungsmanagement, Konsolidierung und Steuern)
