YOU WILL
- act as a sparring partner to our global Distribution leadership. Interpret performance, identify drivers and root causes, recommend actions and track impact
- translate Distribution strategy into steering together with the Distribution leadership: clarify which KPIs are used and agree on shared interpretation guidance (eg thresholds, typical root causes) to support consistent discussions across regions
- co-create and evolve the Distribution controlling framework with Global Controlling & Data Product Teams: define the “what” (KPI positions, interpretation standards, management use) while the Global Controlling & Data Product Teams define the “how” (methods and technical specs)
- drive governance and prioritisation: align Distribution requirements with SMD-wide requirements, coordinate with Regional Controlling Business Partners for feasibility, and set priorities with Data Product Teams

YOU WILL
- collaborate with clients to clarify requirements and translate them into implementable user stories/technical specs
- contribute feasibility input early (data availability, modelling implications, reuse potential) and propose solution options and trade-offs
- design, build and deploy analytical datasets (data modelling, transformations) as the foundation for Data Products
- design, build and deploy dashboards/reports in Power BI, aligned with agreed KPI logic and interpretation standards
- test and validate implementations end-to-end, run data quality checks and coordinate fixes with Data Engineers/source experts
- document and hand over datasets and reports and continuously improve products based on stakeholder feedback (incl regional operational feedback)

Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für das monatliche und quartalsweise Reporting sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Standorten und zentralen Konzernfunktionen
- Erstellung, Analyse und Kommentierung von Finanzkennzahlen, Reports sowie Abweichungs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Unterstützung bei Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozessen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Business Partner für internationale Produktions- und Vertriebsstandorte sowie Schnittstelle zwischen lokalem Management und Konzernleitung
- Mitarbeit bei gruppenweiten Projekten, Audits sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling- und Finanzprozessen
- Verantwortung für die Prüfung und Freigabe von Rechnungen sowie Sicherstellung definierter Finanzprozesse

Das erwartet dich
- Verbesserung der Datenqualität durch die zentrale Abwicklung definierter Tätigkeiten (z. B. Erwachsenenvertretungen, Verlassenschaften etc.)
- Zentrale Kontrolle der im Vertrieb erstellten Kundenunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Datenkontrollen und -bereinigungen in unseren Systemen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebs- und Fachabteilungen zur Klärung offener Punkte und Optimierung der Abläufe
