- Support the development of new rPET and rHDPE raw material sources in close collaboration with product development and operations
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to generate and implement innovative recycling concepts
- Represent ALPLA Recycling at industry events, meetings and conferences
- Support supplier qualification and supplier audits within the recycling value chain
- Build and maintain a knowledge base on waste management, recycling technologies, and sustainability trends

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtheitliche sicherheitstechnische Betreuung des Standortes im Bereich Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz gemäß ASchG
- Organisation, Durchführung und Dokumentierung von internen Schulungen und Unterweisungen der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter
- Organisation und Verantwortung für den betrieblichen Brandschutz sowie die Abfallwirtschaft (inkl. Funktion als Brandschutzbeauftragter und Abfallbeauftragter)
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Rechtskataster-Systems
- Betreuung und Pflege des Gefahrstoffkatasters sowie der Intelex-Ereignisdatenbank
- Teilnahme an internen Gesundheits-Audits und Koordination des gesamten Prüfwesens

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Förderung einer proaktiven Sicherheitskultur mit dem Ziel unfallfreier Prozesse im gesamten Werk
- Untersuchung von Beinahe-Unfällen und Entwicklung von Präventionsmaßnahmen
- Sicherstellung der vollständigen Einhaltung aller österreichischen HSE-Gesetze und EU-Richtlinien
- Organisation von Notfallübungen und Schulungen für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte
- Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Arbeitsplatzinspektionen und Risikoanalysen
- Weiterentwicklung des HSE-Managementsystems (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
- Betreuung von Behördenkontakten (Arbeitsinspektorat, Umweltbehörden etc.)
- Management der Umweltaspekte einschließlich Abfalltrennung, Recycling, Umgang mit gefährlichen Chemikalien

What you will enjoy doing
- Technical co-ownership of the global D365 Finance & Operations platform including administration via Lifecycle Services, Power Platform Admin Center and related Azure subscriptions
- Ensure platform stability, availability and security including system monitoring, incident management and downtime communication
- Support and guide implementations, rollouts, upgrades and data migrations in close collaboration with internal IT teams and external partners
- End-to-end ownership of Azure DevOps including pipelines, release governance, branching strategies and continuous CI/CD optimization
- Responsibility for environment and data management including sandbox refreshes and database movements to enable efficient development and testing
- Maintain clear, up-to-date technical and architectural documentation to support scalability, knowledge sharing and long-term platform sustainability
