Was dich erwartet
- Du bist verantwortlich für die digitale Arbeitsplatzumgebung in der Haberkorn Gruppe.
- Das bedeutet, dass du neue Tools und Technologien zur Verbesserung der digitalen Zusammenarbeit und Produktivität implementierst.
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Fragen rund um den digitalen Arbeitsplatz und unterstützt bei Bedarf unseren 1st-Level-Support mit Schulungen.
- Du erstellst Dokumentationen und Anleitungen für Anwenderinnen und Anwender sowie für die IT.
- Ebenfalls bist du Ansprechperson rund um die Microsoft 365 Tools im 2nd Level und Schnittstelle zum 3rd Level bei Fragen rund um den Digital Workplace.
- Du fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen unseren Benutzerinnen und Benutzern, den internen IT-Spezialistinnen und IT-Spezialisten und dem externen Beratungshaus.
- Dein Gehalt liegt - je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation - deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Strategie, Konfiguration und Betreuung diverser Systeme (Client Management System, Mobile Device Management System, Remote Desktop System, Thin Clients)
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Bereiche Drucker und „Monteur-Laptops“
- Rollout und Betreuung der M365 Collaboration
- 2nd / 3rd Level Support
- Mitarbeit bzw. selbständige Umsetzung von lokalen und standortübergreifenden Projekten

- Abschluss / Maturaniveau einer allgemeinbildenden höheren Schule

What you will enjoy doing
- Technical co-ownership of the global D365 Finance & Operations platform including administration via Lifecycle Services, Power Platform Admin Center and related Azure subscriptions
- Ensure platform stability, availability and security including system monitoring, incident management and downtime communication
- Support and guide implementations, rollouts, upgrades and data migrations in close collaboration with internal IT teams and external partners
- End-to-end ownership of Azure DevOps including pipelines, release governance, branching strategies and continuous CI/CD optimization
- Responsibility for environment and data management including sandbox refreshes and database movements to enable efficient development and testing
- Maintain clear, up-to-date technical and architectural documentation to support scalability, knowledge sharing and long-term platform sustainability

What you will enjoy doing
- Develop and expand global sourcing strategies for PET and HDPE bales and flakes
- Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners in plastic waste collection, sorting and recycling
- Screen international markets for recyclers, collectors, licensors and technology partners
- Drive and coordinate closed‑loop initiatives across the ALPLA recycling network
- Support the development of new rPET and rHDPE raw material sources in close collaboration with product development and operations
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to generate and implement innovative recycling concepts
- Represent ALPLA Recycling at industry events, meetings and conferences
- Support supplier qualification and supplier audits within the recycling value chain
- Build and maintain a knowledge base on waste management, recycling technologies, and sustainability trends
