- You analyze the market to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and align your approach with both global and regional procurement goals
- You lead sourcing projects, select the right logistics providers and you manage contracts and ensure cost-efficiency and service quality
- You reduce costs without compromising service and monitor spending and report key figures to the Cluster Procurement Director
- You ensure reliable outbound transport for finished goods across the region and anticipate supply chain risks and act early
- You work with different stakeholders and you support decision-making with market insights and strategic advice
- Act as an ambassador of the IMP:ACT program over the 2025/2026 time frame
- Be an active and highly motivated member of the Cluster Procurement Leadership Team, joining regular meeting, workshop, brainstorming sessions in line with the IMP:ACT program principles

What you will enjoy doing
- Develop and implement a robust sourcing strategy for secondary packaging materials (e.g. corrugated packaging, inliners, stretch foils, pallets) across Europe
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the category, aligning sourcing initiatives with both regional and global objectives
- Lead end-to-end sourcing projects from supplier identification to contract negotiation and implementation, with a focus on cost-efficiency, compliance, and supplier performance
- Build and maintain strategic, long-term supplier relationships to foster innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement, including regular performance evaluations
- Initiate and execute cost optimization projects without compromising on quality, service levels, or supply reliability
- Ensure a reliable and consistent supply of packaging materials to support regional production needs
- Act as a strategic business partner to cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, operations, logistics, and finance
- Act as an ambassador of the IMP:ACT program over the 2025/2026 time frame

- Lead and support the global rollout of Smart Operations solutions to enhance Operational Excellence.
- Coordinate with IT and operations teams to ensure site readiness and successful implementation.
- Deliver training, streamline workflows, and validate digital tools such as MES, ERP, and BI systems.
- Identify and support process improvements and digital initiatives along the supply chain.
- Define requirements and manage feature requests using agile methods in close collaboration with IT partners.
- Ensure user adoption and sustainable integration through clear communication and support.
- Participate in pilot projects to test and roll out new technologies.
