YOU WILL
- collaborate with clients to clarify requirements and translate them into implementable user stories/technical specs
- contribute feasibility input early (data availability, modelling implications, reuse potential) and propose solution options and trade-offs
- design, build and deploy analytical datasets (data modelling, transformations) as the foundation for Data Products
- design, build and deploy dashboards/reports in Power BI, aligned with agreed KPI logic and interpretation standards
- test and validate implementations end-to-end, run data quality checks and coordinate fixes with Data Engineers/source experts
- document and hand over datasets and reports and continuously improve products based on stakeholder feedback (incl regional operational feedback)

Your Responsibilities
- Conducting theoretical and practical training courses for customers
- Contributing to the development and optimization of products and processes in close cooperation with the team leader
- Observing and analyzing market trends and new products
- Supporting the sales team with customer inquiries regarding equipment, tool and process recommendations
- Collaboration with suppliers of attachments and tools
- Collaboration on test orders in cooperation with the design and product management department

YOU WILL
- own and continuously develop the global framework for distribution account management, defining the best practices for how we build brand loyalty with trade partners worldwide, whist strengthening our own market position
- act as the internal voice of the distributor, translating their needs into incentive models and tools that drive brand development and sell-through to professionals
- represent the customer perspective in cross-functional forums such as product and service committees
- stay close to the distributor reality, translating insights into new ways to turn transactional partner relationships into genuine brand advocacy
