What you will enjoy doing
- Lead all commercial activities regarding customers, in alignment with ALPLA packaging sales, and ensure coordination with regions and functional departments
- Responsible for acquiring new business and applying the standard sales process for projects/price calculation, approval, quote submission, and handover to the plants
- Materialize and coordinate the implementation and achievement of defined sales goals and Key Account Development Plans
- Strong focus on developing sales in the region or surrounding countries
- Ensure regular and high-quality information flow between recycling plants, packaging plants, and the Recycling Division
- Develop customer relations beyond the bottle industry

- Collaborate on technical configuration, layout and operational requirements of recycling equipment and new facilities
- Coordinate resource availability (machines, infrastructure, transport, material, etc.) in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement measures / procedures to improve the operative performance
- Provide result- and key-figure analysis and initiate corrective measures
- Troubleshooting & Operations support for existing Recycling Plants

Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Recyclingmaterialien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, internationalen Standorten und Kunden
- Leitung und Koordination bereichsübergreifender Projekte in den Bereichen Produkt-, Prozess- und Kostenoptimierung sowie Digitalisierung im operativen Umfeld
- Zentrale technische Ansprechperson entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette inklusive Kundenberatung und Durchführung technischer Trainings
- Analyse von Reklamationen, Prozess- und Produktdaten sowie Ableitung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen zur Qualitäts- und Effizienzsteigerung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. EFSA, FDA) sowie aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Qualitäts- und Anwendungsstandards
