- Anforderungsmanagement (Erhebung, Analyse, Definition, Validierung, Testen)
- Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität (Funktionalität, Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Performance etc.)
- Schnittstelle zwischen Softwareentwicklung und internen Abteilungen
- Schulung von Key Usern
- Prozessmoderation und -modellierung für Kundenanfragen
- Product Ownership and Produktmanagement für definierte Produkte
