- Architektur, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der globalen IT Infrastruktur (Server, Storage, SCCM, Intune, Azure ARC, …) auf Basis moderner Technologien
- Planung und Leitung globaler IT-Projekte, wie beispielsweise Migrationen oder Evaluierung neuer Systeme.
- Aufbau neuer Niederlassungen
- Problemanalyse und –behebung (3rd Level Support)

What you will enjoy doing
- Technical co-ownership of the global D365 Finance & Operations platform including administration via Lifecycle Services, Power Platform Admin Center and related Azure subscriptions
- Ensure platform stability, availability and security including system monitoring, incident management and downtime communication
- Support and guide implementations, rollouts, upgrades and data migrations in close collaboration with internal IT teams and external partners
- End-to-end ownership of Azure DevOps including pipelines, release governance, branching strategies and continuous CI/CD optimization
- Responsibility for environment and data management including sandbox refreshes and database movements to enable efficient development and testing
- Maintain clear, up-to-date technical and architectural documentation to support scalability, knowledge sharing and long-term platform sustainability

What you will enjoy doing
- Take ownership of the project management for our strategic project “UNITE”, which is already underway.
- UNITE covers all HR processes across the employee life cycle, e.g. employee and organization master data, interfaces, legal requirements, recruiting, learning and development, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
- Coordinate collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers, ensuring transparent communication and information flow.
- Lead an international project team and promote open and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and milestone delivery, and report regularly to top management.
- Ensure integration with existing systems and the harmonization of global HR processes.
- Implement change management and communication strategies; organize training sessions for HR teams and end-users.
